Apartment #5 on the second floor. Renter's insurance is not required. Wi-Fi and all utilities (gas for stove, cold/hot water, trash), are included except electricity**.
Apartment available after May 20, 2025: a) For 9-to-12-month lease***: For 1 or 2 students, faculty, staff and/or medical residents, the rent is $950/month. Except for electricity, Wi-Fi and all other utilities are included.
b) For 3-to-8-month lease: For 1 or 2 students, faculty, staff and/or medical residents, the rent is $1,060/month.
Deposit is 1/2 month rent and is refunded at end of lease less $120 cleaning/disinfection charge. Application fee is $50 and is waived for students, faculty, medical residents with valid school picture ID.
*** Except for electricity, all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. For long term leases, tenant can connect his/her own electricity service or use our service and pay the electricity bill plus $20/month handling fee. Each apartment has a separate Electric Meter.
