About the Listing Agent
Bridgett Badillo is the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Universal. As a Sr. Residential Associate and Commercial Specialist, she has been in the industry for over 21 years. Her experience includes leasing and managing commercial assets throughout the Houston Area, specifically in the retail and office sectors. Her portfolio of transactions also includes multi-million dollar industrial and office purchases, medical buildings, along with land development opportunities for her clients. Currently she manages the Skybridge real estate team. Skybridge focuses on helping new agents develop the skills and training to become multi-million dollar producers in the residential area. On the residential side, Bridgett has worked with numerous families, focusing on listings and luxury homes in the Greater Houston area. Bridgett is fluent in Spanish and is the host of the Bienes y Tus RaÃces podcast, a bilingual podcast that serves the Hispanic community in resources and education. Bridgett began her career as a residential agent for first time home buyers during her time as a student at the University of Houston. Upon Graduation, she was recruited as a tenant rep broker for R.M. Crowe and has since been in the real estate industry. Bridgett is a native Houstonian who enjoys every minute outside of real estate with her two kids and husband.
