A young female graduate student at Rice University is looking for a female roommate for a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom furnished apartment near Rice University, and the Texas Medical Center.

The rent for students, faculty, staff, and/or residents is... $720/month for 9- to12-month lease. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included except electricity***. The deposit is 1/2 month's rent and is refunded at move out less $140 cleaning/ disinfection charge (or $70 per roommate).

Rent for short term lease is $900/month, and it includes up to $80/month electricity***.

Recently remodeled, two bedroom/ one bath furnished apartment.
The available bedroom is very large and has a walk-in closet.

*** For long term leases, you can connect your own electricity service or use our service and pay the electricity bill plus $15 processing fee. Each apartment has a separate Electric Meter.

Most of our tenants are Graduate students, Post Doctors and Visiting Professors. Bus #4 has a stop in our front yard with a bus every 10 minutes to the Texas Medical Center and Rice University. Bus # 68 also has a stop on our block.
Remodeled with new central AC, new vinyl floor, new gas stove/oven, new fridge, and much more.

All utilities (water cold/hot, sewage, gas for the stove/oven, trash, and recycling) are included except electricity. 450 Mbps Wi-Fi is also included. Large bedrooms, full Kitchen with dining table/chairs, living room, full bath with bathtub. Features queen size beds, full size kitchen (gas stove/oven, full size refrigerator and microwave, sofa/love seat/ coffee table/TV in living room, dining table and chairs, washer/dryer in the same building, safe neighborhood, close to shopping, ball games and entertainment.
