Furnished summer housing with shared bathroom starting mid-May; 20-min walk to campus

I am a Rice grad student open to subletting my room for 2-3 months this summer. The room is in a first-floor unit of a multi-family apartment building, and the subleasee will share a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room with my roommate,... who is a grad student at the medical center.

Utilities not included in rent are electricity, internet, and water. When split between 2 roommates, utilities have cost $65-85 a month.

Here's a list of things to know about this place:
- Bedroom will be furnished with a bed frame, twin-sized mattress, table, computer monitor (if desired), desk lamp (if desired), portable shelves, mirror, and door hangers

- You are welcome to use my kitchen supplies
- 20 min walk to Rice campus through a quiet neighborhood

- Central air conditioning specific to the unit

I have lived here for over a year. The landlord is fairly responsive and visits the property at least twice a month to take care of the yard/address any concerns raised by tenants. To my knowledge, residents in the three other units in the building are Rice students and/or work at the medical center.
