Subleasing one room for 2b1b upstairs condo

I'm subleasing one room in a 2B1B condo this summer (need to share a bathroom)! The place is within walking distance to campus, very cute and clean, comes with a nice yard, it's on the second floor of a house with private entrance. The neighborhood... is very walkable and beautiful, close to grocery stores, coffee shops and museums. The utilities are usually around 100 dollars in summer (internet 35, gas 15, electricity 65).

You will be renting one of the bedrooms of the 2B1B, it comes with a desk, a full size bed, closet and nice daylight. My roommate will be here during the summer, I can set up a video call so you can meet her.  One thing worth mentioning is that it is close to a construction site, I do not stay at home during the day, so it does not bother me much, and it’s not as loud as the leaf blowers… plus the construction isn't usually much during the summer days. Other than that, it is great price for the location and place!

There is street parking, there is one garage spot, which we can negotiate on, too.

Lease can start flexible starting from May to August 2025. I’m planning on leaving May 24th ish and come back August 17th. But the dates are quite flexible, since I would have a place to stay May 17th - Aug 22nd. You need to pass a background check with the landlord, I believe there’s a 40$ fee, but I can cover that for you if you pass and decided to sublease…

Feel free to contact me if interested, thank you!
