Your room: Furnished. Includes: full-size bed, closet, storage drawers, table / work space and in bathroom storage space. A new 40” Roku Smart TV that also has OTA antenna service is in your room.

Shared spaces: Share the bathroom with two other clean, quiet renters who reside down the hall. Ideal tenant is a minimalist. There is not a lot of kitchen storage space here. Share some pantry and fridge space. Kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware are provided. We all work to keep the home clean.

On site pool. Grounds are also lovely for walkers and joggers. Recumbent stationary bike for indoor exercise. Double filtered water from fridge. Clean heat / aIr with Merv 13 filters and comfortable temperatures year-round. Great water pressure for showering. Feel right at home!
