Lisa obtained her real estate license in 2011 after 13 years in the title industry. She started out managing a large volume of HUD foreclosures in the beginning of her career and then recruited her husband, Alex, to help streamline the process. After a couple of years selling foreclosures, Lisa switched gears and focused on new construction. She sold out a new home community in Garden Oaks in less than 2 years and was awarded a Million Dollar Circle Award by the Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. In 2017, Lisa opened a boutique real estate brokerage, Tejas Realty Group. The brokerage started out with 2 agents and now has a team of 25. Lisa is a licensed real estate broker, wife, and mother. She volunteers with the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo, the Houston Association of Realtors Global Advisory Group, and the Texas Realtors Professional Development Committee. Lisa was also the Women's Council of Realtors Houston 2023 President and the 2024 Texas District Vice President. She is currently the 2025 National Women's Council of Realtors Global Mastermind Co-Chair and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Secretary.
