Rats in the apartment

I am a current resident at 7100 Almeda. I told them I have a rat inside my apartment and cannot stay but they ignored my request. I spoke with a person from the administration and she doesn’t even care about my complaint. Terrible complex

Llevamos rentando aquà ya casi 2 meses y la atención a cliente y gestión del complejo de departamentos es rápida y eficiente. El personal de mantenimiento atiende cualquier problema rápido, es gente muy amable, asà como el Sr. Allan de la leasing office. Recomiendo el lugar!

Do not recommend

I had several issues at this apartment complex:
- I'd constantly see roaches in my apartment although I always kept it clean, so it was clearly a problem with the apartment complex
- When I renewed for a second year, they were supposed to give me $200 off starting the renewal. Although they did give me the $200 I had to fight for about 2-3 months to get the $200 credit.
- There was a break in in the apartment below mine.
- There were car break ins too.
- When getting my deposit back one of the... charges was categorized as "other". I called to see what this charge was for and they simply did not give me an answer.
The only thing worth 5 stars in that place is maintenance. Shout-out to the maintenance guys because they would always fix any problems quickly
