The property is close to downtown and just a few minutes to the I-10 freeway entrance. Easy access to amenities in the new East River 9 development (which includes golf course and pickleball courts). It is also a quick drive to the Medical Center.... The gated community offers an onsite dog park. The building is at the very end and offers more privacy and safety. There is also a small grassy yard in the back of the home. Upon entering the home, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom. Second floor is the main living space which includes kitchen, laundry closet (dryer and washer included), master bedroom/closet, and master bathroom. On the third floor is a spacious game room with storage closet. There is a door on the third floor that leads to an oversized covered balcony. Rent includes washer/dryer/fridge. 2 garage remotes and gate remotes provided. Water/trash fee is 90 dollars flat fee per month. We do offer lower monthly rent for 2 year leases. (Pet deposit is separate from rent and will be required upon signing lease). Also, a separate rental application will be sent to applicants and is required along with an additional background check.
