Some good and bad... the utilities not being charged on a monthly basis has been quite confusing as the charges are separated on an irregular timeline. The leasing office is not very helpful if you do not go in person, as it is virtually impossible doing anything over the phone or by email even with persistence. Laundry machines and dryers are quite dated and/or are inefficient. However, the spaces themselves are nice for what you are paying for, and the shuttle to the medical center is quite... convenient and a good perk. The gate also recently got fixed, which is good for resident safety.

it feels like home to me now, apt is super comfy and lots of space. The complex could be a little cleaner, but the job and making it safer and good to live in is being well done.

So happy to see the improvements being made around the apartment complex! Makes me as a resident feel heard. I also feel quiet and safe here especially at night because I feel the apartment complex is well lit.
