My experience has been fairly good so far I don’t have any complaints .. my approval process was exactly 3days unit is nice and up to date.. I’ve seen a few roaches that I do not like but I’ve ordered treatment for that so hopefully it works

The community grounds are nice and have been kept clean. There have been issues with people breaking into the mailboxes so our mail was rerouted to USPS for a month but its been fixed. The gate keeps breaking but that's been ongoing for almost 2 yrs now. Noise issues and pest issue seem to be improving

The apts are really cozy, the amenities are very well taken care of, are is really good, proximity of the workplace is also a plus. We just need more assistance from staff when it comes to handling issues like new lease, and maintenance

Constantly Ignored and told Inconsistent Statements Causing Mass Confusion

I have been a resident since 2023, & my experience has been deeply disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues, lack of communication, & unethical practices. Despite my willingness to over accommodate with constant management changes (~4 since move in) the current management lacks professionalism. It seems as if they get irritated hearing the complaints you have as a tenant from the very thing their complex has put you through. Specifically, purposefully providing misinformation, cutting you... off, raised tone, misspells in names, blaming "Ai" for lack of communication.
1. Unresolved Maintenance Issues:
A bathroom in my apartment has been non-functional for the entirety of my tenancy. Bathtub faucet is immovable, making the tub completely unusable despite maintenance workers stating parts needed to be ordered for months.
2. Lack of Communication & Follow-Through:
I have made over 25 calls, sent countless emails, & dropped by the leasing office several times to address these issues, but my concerns have been largely ignored.
My realtor attempted to intervene, yet no meaningful action was taken. Despite repeated assurances, there has been no adequate follow-up on my requests or concerns.
3. Unethical Rent Increase Practices:
I was charged an additional $300 for my rent without prior notice.The renewal offers sent by the management were unclear & did not properly inform me of this increase.
When I attempted to discuss my lease and renewal terms, my calls and emails went unanswered.
4. Unsafe Living Conditions:
I raised significant safety concerns, which were also highlighted by the police, yet the management failed to respond.
5. Poor Customer Service:
During a recent call, the property manager repeatedly interrupted me, making it difficult to communicate my concerns.
The management has shown a complete disregard for tenant concerns, which I find highly unethical and unprofessional.
6. Inadequate Responses to Feedback:
I have left reviews, texts, and messages with corporate to escalate my concerns, yet the management continues to neglect their responsibilities.
7. Overall Unacceptable Experience
Stella has failed to provide even the most basic level of professionalism, communication, or maintenance for their tenants. Lack of transparency, disregard for safety, & refusal to address tenant concerns make this property an unacceptable choice. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this complex to anyone seeking a comfortable and reliable living environment.
