I am a young professional. I have a three stories townhouse (~2200 Sqf) in Midtown and have a nice room (fully furnished) available for rent. If you are looking for a nice and safe place to stay at a great location, please read on.

Midtown is a... great neighborhood in the middle of all the action. The house is located at a quiet neighborhood and a great location: next to downtown, minutes away from the Museums, Hermann Park, Montrose, Texas Medical Center, Rice University (2.1 miles / 7 minutes), University of Houston, University of St. Thomas and a few blocks away from Metro Rail.

The beautiful bedroom is fully furnished. There is a small yard with flowers and organic herbs garden. The house is one of three behind a gate and has a communal driveway where I often grill-out. In addition, there are restaurants, wine tasting bars, Randall's Foods Market, Walgreens, and a 24 HR Fitness Club located only a few blocks away.

Other important details: The room is available for move-in in April 15, 2026 and rent will be $995 per month (includes all utilities and fully furnished). I don't think I could take pets, must be neat, organized, no heavy drinkers, no party animals, and no smoking.
