The unit is on the third floor facing northwest with beautiful sunset views, when the conditions present themselves. There are two swimming pools, a small gym, entry through locked lobbies, one assigned gated parking space and plenty of unassigned... outer spaces, and an outside lockable storage closet. This is a mixed mature (quiet) homeowner and mature Rice/Medical School student complex. Extremely safe neighborhood, with many dog walkers and joggers. This particular unit is one of only two in the entire complex with a balcony (off the primary bedroom) and a solarium (off the living room).
