Cortland River Oaks has been home for 15 years and I love it! Location is 1A, close to the Buffalo Bayou, to downtown, to many good restaurants and shops. We have nice gardens and a great pool, plus several services that make our lives easier. The Cortland team is very efficient and friendly!

Amazing Location

My husband and I toured 7 complexes along the buffalo bayou. The access from these apartments is by far the best. Plus the complex itself is lush and green and excellently maintained. It’s perfect for our dog. And our leasing agent, Stephanie, was great. She wasn’t pushy like some agents at other communities. The entire staff is wonderful. We couldn’t be happier.

Cortland River oaks is the best the staff and workers are all nice and friendly they work hard to accommodate the tenants needs and make it and pleasant and peaceful place to stay and all of the people here are very nice as well.
