For students, faculty, staff, and/or residents, the rent is $650/month for 9- to-12-month lease.
For 3-to-8 month-lease and nonstudents, the rent is $800/month.

The deposit is 1/2 month's rent plus $70 cleaning/ disinfection charge per roommate. The deposit is refunded at end of the lease.

For 12-month lease, the rent for the entire apartment for two roommates is $1,260/month. You coordinate with your own roommate! ***
