Spent a lot of time in the Forme HTX building and it is not at all what you would expect from a Houston apartment building. The bar is incredible and right next to the pool and hot tub. They run a real event calendar that is actually fun and not the norm building wine mixer crap. Fitness programming has actual instructors running structured classes and world class facilities. Pool deck above Hermann Park is hard to beat, it feels like a social club, its a vibe.
