Inner loop (near NW) Heights/Timbergrove bedroom/ exclusive use bath to let within a family home.

This house is surrounded by fencing and comes with a German Shepherd guard dog. Should tenant prefer, the dog can be confined away from front entry via... fencing. We also have a house-cat.This neighborhood is very safe as many neighbors communicate with each other and help monitor each others properties. There is plenty of relaxing green space on the property and nearby parks and bike trails along the bayou to enjoy. Very convenient to Heights shopping & eateries.

Tenant will reside with a married couple (empty-nesters) whose son has left for college at A&M. We have too much house and decided to lease the space.
We are low key people often quite busy with home improvement projects. We love gardening, woodworking, sewing, cooking ,etc. We are both longtime Houston residents.
