A choice of TWO top choice off-campus student housing for summer semester only. One property is 2 minutes walk to Moody, the new Rice art building and close to the medical center. Other property is 5 minutes walk north of Rice in the popular Southampton area.
Both properties are located in safe neighborhoods and benefit from year-round private police patrols, enhancing the sense of security.
Both properties include all outgoings, fully furnished, and each bedroom is available for individual rental, making it a great option for students who prefer to lease their own space while only being responsible for their part of the rent in a shared living situation.
