I have offered my home on Airbnb in recent years and received hundreds of rave, 5-star... reviews, including many longer term and repeat guests. You can enjoy the furnishings and décor as is (just bring your toothbrush!), or ask me to remove some of the existing items to make more space for your own personal touch.

The downstairs has ample living spaces, including a large living room with built-in bookshelves, and three pairs of French doors opening onto the fenced front yard. The base rent of $4,900 is for four tenants. Rent for a fifth and sixth tenant is $500 additional each per month, which a maximum of six tenants.
