I have offered my home on Airbnb in recent years and received hundreds of rave, 5-star... reviews, including many longer term and repeat guests. The base rent of $4,950 is for up to five tenants. Rent for a sixth tenant is $500 additional per month. Tenants are responsible for utilities, which have averaged less than $100 per person per month over the last 12 months.
