A solid 6/10. Located on the rail, you have access to most of Houston’s hotspots, a great layout/floor plan, and very few kids on property is what you get in exchange for terrible parking, having to use the stairs or using ONE elevator for the entire property, and living across from countless unhoused individuals.

I love living here, as a single person you can't beat the location and the staff are all amazing. Kristi made me feel so welcomed from the application process to the move in and I am so grateful. The activities are so fun and living in the heart of Midtown is so convenient! Traffic is not bad and the parking garage is like every other one.

We like everything about living here with the exception of our elevator not working for months now and the cleanliness of the outside of the apartments. The walkways and walls need to be power washed.

Great place to stay! It’s walkable from everything and the people here are very nice! My only Con with staying here is that the elevator on the Holman and Travis side has been down for more than 6 months. And the ac in the residence community room has been down for awhile too. Other than that it’s a great space
