Hello there! A private and fully furnished bedroom in a townhouse 15 min biking from Rice University and the Med Center is available for rent. The home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
👦Prefer a MALE student because you will share... the house with male student housemates.
📖 Flexible lease lengths: by summer sessions, semesters, or the whole 9-month academic year Aug to May are accepted.
🚭 Due to allergies, I won't be able to accommodate any animals, smoking, or vaping.
