This is for a very large bedroom in a three-person apartment. It's in a house with only two units, so it's a simple life. We are about a 7-minute walk from Fondren, basically as close as you need. If you have... friend(s) and are interested in renting out two bedrooms or the entire unit, that can also work.
There's a washer and dryer, all the appliances, a backyard to enjoy the Houston summer, and we've looked over everything in the house that could possibly break and it all works.
The house comes furnished (with plants!) and you can keep some of the furniture if you want.
