C. Private King Suite: King bed with a sitting area, Smart TV, 13ft walk-in closet and a spacious ensuite bathroom (double sinks, a walk-in shower and jetted tub.) $1,200.
Refundable Security Deposit: $ Half the rent. Returned to you after you move out if no damages to the unit minus $100 cleaning fee.
Application/screening fee: $65 (may be waived with proof of enrollment at discretion of management)
