Roaches and rent increase

Rent goes up every month despite their being a supposed special. Roach and bug problem. There’s always dog poop outside. Hallways smell like old food and weed. Rooms have weed coming through vents. Can’t wait until lease is up, genuinely so disappointed to have had my baby’s first year of life have memories tied to this place.

It's incredibly important to us that this is a pleasant place for everyone to enjoy, and we take great pride in ensuring that our community stays in tip-top shape.
