This complex is poorly maintained and managed. I am not sure the rating score on this website is accurate because I live here and know that this property is a huge disappointment. A rating of 4,5 is seriously misleading and the ratings do not reflect the living experience at this community. Calls to the courtesy officer are left unreturned. The management is rarely present as they leave the property after 4 pm, even though the office hours claim they are open until 5 pm or later. The cost of... living here is grossly inflated because of the neighborhood. I just reviewed my past maintenance requests over the last 2 years at this complex and I placed 68 requests because of the poor quality of essential appliances;HVAC; plumbing; and the list goes on. This is NOT a luxury community as advertised. There are options in this area that truly deserve a 4.0 or higher rating. This community is not one of them.
