Hi! We have a 3 bedroom townhome off of Brompton St. Myself and two other girls have been living here for the past two years. One of them has graduated from Rice and will be moving out. We are looking for a female roommate to join myself and one... other. You will have your own private room and closet. Plenty of living room, kitchen space, and laundry. You will share a bathroom with one full bathroom with one other female, but there is a half you can claim as well. The living room and kitchen are already furnished, you will only need to furnish your room. We are less than 10 min drive from campus. Close to many buses/shuttles. It is a common area for students to live in.
