Two Separate Rooms for Rent in Historic EaDo Mural House (Shared Housing)

We are currently renting 2 rooms in the lower level unit of our EaDo Mural House

Space Dogs Room: $725 (all inclusive of utilities, wifi, etc./$400 deposit)
Blue Fox Room: $875 (all inclusive of utilities, wifi, etc./$500 deposit)
*Or the entire... downstairs unit (3/1; Approx 1350 square feet) can be rented by one person for $1450/month

Shared bathroom with one other student/young professional.

SPACE DOGS ROOM ($725, all inclusive)
Room has twin bed, closet, Roku television, dresser, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, desk and chair. Shared bathroom with young professional. Preferred 6 month contract (up to 12 months possible).

BLUE FOX ROOM ($875, all inclusive)
Room has king bed, large closet, Roku television, dresser, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, and chair. Shared bathroom with young professional. Preferred 6 month contract (up to 12 months possible).

Ideal for a university student or professional. Non-smoking house and property.

PARKING
Each renter has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway.

HOUSE & BATHROOM
The house has two levels. We rent two bedrooms out of the lower level which is a spacious and fully contained 3/1 with it's own entrance and front door code. The lower unit includes a dining and living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. All common spaces are shared with the second lower-level renter. We live in the upper level but also rarely pass through lower level for some things (like passing through the connecting door to the backyard to let dogs out if it's raining, changing furnace filters, etc.).

House has A/C, central heat, and ceiling fans.

KITCHEN, AMENITIES, ETC.
Guests will have access to lower-level kitchen, including microwave, stove, fridge, and basic pans and dishes. You'll also have access to shared dining room and living room in the lower level. Wifi and utilities included; in-unit washer/dryer.

PETS
Case-by-case basis; we usually lean away from pets as we have pets who live with us in the upper unit.

LOCATION
Our 1916 home is located in a walkable tree-lined neighborhood across the street from a beautiful historic elementary school and historic Eastwood Church which has been restored as Sanctuary Lofts. The home has original hardwood floors throughout, walls of windows, and unique character.

U of H: 7 minute drive
Rice U: 12 minute drive
Downtown: 5 minute drive
Light rail station: 7 minute walk

Home is a quick walk to a Kroger grocery store, some cafes, bars, and Mexican bakery, all on tree-lined streets.
Many other bars and restaurants are accessible by bike, light rail, or car.
