Available early August for a year lease! Would love to find great renters who are interested in being here a few years 🙂 Hi everyone! My spouse and I (both PhD students at Rice) are moving to Madrid this summer, and we are looking to rent out our townhome (2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, two stories, with major appliances, and small backyard patio area) starting in August. We are about 18 minutes from campus, in a very walkable area, close to good restaurants and stores (in the Greater Uptown area, off San Felipe). Our HOA community has some nice walking paths, a lot of friendly folks and a gym and pool as well. The market rate is about $1800 (so 900 per person if two people). We would prefer to rent to someone with a Rice University affiliation though so we would be interested in working with students to find a doable rate. We could also discuss renting it out furnished if that is of interest. Please let me know if you have any questions and share with anyone you think would be interested!
