I've been living here for little over a year. I'll definitely renew my lease. I'm very happy with this location, convenient, maintenance, accessibility are top notch. Ms. Victoria is one of the managers at this location. No matter what's going on in your world or how's your day going, Victoria will great you with a BIG SMILE. She's helpful, reactive and courteous. She adds tons of value to this location, she's on the top of her game.

Poor Management/Stolen Car

I'm a resident at the complex and my car was stolen last Thursday. I reached out to the office for video footage and was told they couldn't show me the footage which is fine but they could send it to the officer. I provided them with my police report case number, officer's number and badge number and was told they would send it over. Three days passed by and I received no follow up from the office. When I reached out to the officer, I was told the office didn't contact them either and was... provided with no answers but they wouldn't be sending anything over. Today's Tuesday and I've gone into the office to complain and still no answers as to why I wasn't contacted or the officer. While in the office another lady came in about her bike being stolen. Absolutely ridiculous! To top it off, I spoke to the security guards, and they weren't even informed of the theft.

This is a beautiful property, with better amenities than most surrounding apartment communities. The apartments themselves have a high end feel to them. The location is amazing, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Avenue Grove has cultivated aged a wonderful sense of culture. Its a mix of young professionals, some students, and families. Mostly, a friendly environment. As of late, a few cleanliness issues have popped up due to construction and water damage. Apartment-to-apartment (or shared walls) are bad. The noise between units is not satisfactory. I hope to see active techniques brought in, to solve this factor.
