It’s a quiet place to live, and the maintenance staff provide excellent service. However, the cleaning service for the common areas can take up to months, which is a downside. Also, the air conditioners are so old that they make a lot of noise all the time.

I have stayed at this community over 15 years. But during the last 5 years I have observed that the maintenance staff and management need training. They just don’t care about the residents. I have requested for a new dryer and they have me a 20 year old dryer. We requested a microwave and they provided us one that was manufactured in November 1998. We have had an issue with our shower leaking and soaking our carpet for over the last 5 years and despite countless attempts to have this fixed, they... never address the problem.
