I have stayed at this community over 15 years. But during the last 5 years I have observed that the maintenance staff and management need training. They just don’t care about the residents. I have requested for a new dryer and they have me a 20 year old dryer. We requested a microwave and they provided us one that was manufactured in November 1998. We have had an issue with our shower leaking and soaking our carpet for over the last 5 years and despite countless attempts to have this fixed, they... never address the problem.

Maintenance department really needs a lot of improvement. Neighborhood of apartment is nice & apartment is right in the heart of city. Lot of parks are accessible by car in less than 15min.

Great location , nice and clean apartment area , very good amenities . We love being here. Only the problem is maintenance work to fix anything takes a lot of time. It’s a long wait to get anything fix in apartment.
