Looking to for one person for second floor 2B1B condo close to campus (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I'm graduating and leaving Houston soon and subleasing one room in a 2B1B condo this summer!

The place is within close walking distance to campus. It is very cute and clean, comes with a nice yard, and is on the second floor of a house with private... entrance. The neighborhood is very walkable and beautiful with great shade from trees. It is close to grocery stores, coffee shops, museums, and very close to a bus stop. The utilities are usually around 120 dollars in summer (internet 35, gas 15, electricity up to 85). We share a washer and dryer with the ground-floor unit.

The room you will be renting is north-facing and gets good light through two large windows. It has a walk in closet with a lot of space. I will be looking to sell my furniture, but am happy to give priority and lower price to you! The furniture available will be the full size bed frame and mattress, bedside table, desk in the corner, a cube storage unit, two bookshelves, a dresser currently in the closet, a tall mirror, and two chairs currently in the living room.

My roommate will be here during the summer and I can introduce her when you visit and/or I can set up a video call so you can meet her. Both of the spots in the 2 car garage are taken by others, but there is street parking and you may be able to get a garage spot in the fall. Other than that, it is great price for the location and place!

I’m planning on leaving May 11th ish, you could potentially move in shortly after that. This lease ends at the end of August, but you could sign a lease for the next full year with my roommate then! You need to pass a background check with the landlord, I believe there’s a 40$ fee, but I can cover that for you if you pass and decide to sublease.
