I just moved to Park at River Oaks. Within less than two weeks I learned that the maintenance team take their job seriously and do a great job. Because of them I feel more comfortable living here and would like to contribute someway as a community member.

Extremely poor maintenance. The approach feels like a temporary patch rather than a real fix—issues are only addressed when they become critical. Preventive care seems nonexistent.
