Everything far exceed all expectations from our first contact.
Moriah responded immediately to my request for a tour, and diligently followed up even after we moved in. The staff member are so attentive, genuine, and helpful in every way. We have lived in A LOT of apartments and this is truly a rare find.

I know the PARO office team and PARO maintenance team work very hard at trying to meet the needs of its residents. In my view most of the community problems at PARO need to be better addressed by GS corporate.

I like my apartment. It is spacious, and the location is close to grocery stores, etc. the in house maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Usually the response is quick. This time communications failed. The dirty halls and garage concern me though.

I have spoken with other tenants who feel the same as I. We are very disappointed in how the cleanliness has gone downhill, and therefore we would hesitate to recommend these apartments at this time.

As you know, we are currently renovating our community, and sometimes it can get a little messy with the construction. However, the construction should be completed... quite soon, and the community is going to look amazing!
Our Spotless Communities initiative (See it. Say it. We will solve it.) that we have at PARO was created for situations such as this, and I recommend taking advantage of it.
