It’s in downtown but safe, one of the best residential building in Houston downtown. Maintenance and concierge service is really good. Only thing I don’t like is ceiling is not painted and balcony windows are never cleaned as part of annual window cleaning.

The amenities, the concierges, and maintenance are great. Noise can be a little difficult but considering it's the heart of Houston and the area is very convenient to live in it, it's worth it.

Stunning rooftop views.

I had a great tour at Sodo on Main! The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, and the whole staff was very friendly. I was planning on applying to live in a one bedroom there but unfortunately my moving plans changed. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice and affordable high rise in downtown Houston to consider Sodo on Main.

Great living experience, nothing crazy. Nice amenities with lots of coffee spots within walking distance. Great place to be, if you don't want to commute/drive to work in downtown.
