Latitude is a super safe and clean community with fantastic management and a great location. It’s super close to Rice and the TMC, and grocery stores are just down the street. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

The location is great due to its proximity to the med center, but the management has to improve their communication skills and attention to detail for an apartment complex that markets themselves as “luxury” and charges luxury prices.

I really enjoy living here. Nice public space, nice staff, clean environment, great coffee. Sometimes I wish the sound proof system could be better, but that’s acceptable.
